What is the Restroom

...what is it supposed to be? I gave obesityhelp.com as a website for my dr's office to list on their website...and the question came up...what is the "restroom"...or is it a joke? It's just a little joke. It's been here as long as this site has existed I think. Eric probably spent a few too many late nights getting this site set up originally, and designed the restroom in a fit of sleep-deprived humor.
