Question:
Any problems?

I've tried drinking Crystal Light as an alternative for water and had a problem. I immeadiately felt my face flush and I felt like I had to throw up. Is this dumping? Has anyone else had this kind of trouble with Crystal Light? Is it because of Nutrasweet? Thanks for any help.    — FoxyLibrarian (posted on December 7, 1999)

Steph,Yes I have a problem with nutrisweet,it makes me feel awful,a lot of gas,diareia etc.Before my surgery (9months post-op,90lbs.less)I use to keep trying diet drinks etc.but always got sick.After surgery my doctor just said to not use it,I feel much better.I don't have a problem with surger but I try to stay away as much as posible.Maybe try herbal teas,hot or cold they always taste good to me.Good luck!

I love Crystal Light and have no problems with it......I am 2 weeks post-op.....but I drank it alot before my surgery and never had a problem with it then either.....
