Question:
Has anyone been successful in fighting their insurace co. to pay for the WLS?

Has anyone been denied by their insurance co and taken it to the Wisconsin insurance commission to fight it? Is so, what were the results? Thank you!    — Kathy B. (posted on June 17, 2005)

I used my Medicaid, and it paid the total bill and all followups! I felt very fortunate! I was approved within a few weeks! I have had my surgery and am recovering. Good luck!
