Question:
Can I still have surgery if I had 3 polyps , 2 smal and 1 huge removed?

As long as none of them were cancerous there should not be a problem. I've
had a precancerous polyp removed and 6 non-precancerous prior to WLS. I
also grow polyps in the stomach, or at least I did before WLS. My surgeon
removed 15 small polyps 2 weeks before my WLS. None were precancerous.
Basically I am a polyp queen. However, having surgery which ultimately
drastically changes our diet, increases our exercise and drops a lot of
weight are all positive things to help prevent colon cancer. So as long as
the pathology comes back clear you should be good to go.
