Question:
Is the CIB

I am confused to whether people are drinking CIB that is sugar free, or if they are drinking CIB that has 0 sugar carbs? I can't find a CIB that is sugar free. Can someone help me with this? I am trying to prepare before surgery.    — sf (posted on December 10, 2004)

CIB sugar free and 0 carbs are the same product in new packaging to take advantage of the low carb diet craze.

I need to add, it is no sugar added not really sugar free as it has lactose, the sugar natuarally present in milk when it is mixed with milk. This is not a problem for me presonally and was recommended by my doctor, especially adding some extra instant milk powder to pump up the protein. Some people have a lactose intolerance or just don't drink milk for various reasons. I personally feel milk had too many advantages to not drink it.

Thank you, for your answers. The blue box that I have has 0 sugar carbs,but still has a sugar in it. That is why I was confused to what people were drinking. Thanks again. :)
