What is the difference between a panniculectomy and abdominoplasty?

Panniculectomy - removes loose and hanging skin that is usually
symptomatic (rashes/sore).
Abdominoplasty - in addition to the skin removal is used to bring the
laxity of the rectus muscles (six pack) closer together with sutures.
