Has anyone used Dr. Figueroa in Tijuana, B. C. Mexico?

For an outstanding plastic surgeon in Mexico, I used Dr. Eduardo Gongora, in Rosarito Beach. It's about 20 minutes from Tijuana. He is an artist when it comes to Tummy Tucks and Lower Body Lifts. I had an LBL with him and absolutely love my results. I have no extra skin or rolls anywhere on my torso. It took care of my mons pubis, tummy, hips, outer thighs, butt, upper torso, and everything in between. Amazing and the prices are great. His website is genesisclinic.net.
