Question:
Can we absorb 5-htp?

I was wondering if we can absorb the vitamin/mineral 5-htp? It comes in a capsule form but I read somewhere that the type of capsule it is in keeps it from absorbing in the stomach. Hi Robin, I don't know about 5-htp. I take several supplements such as , Magnisium, Flax Seed Oil, and some meds for my Fibro and all seems to be absorbed ..I hope! lol
