I started out with the prenatal vitamins. I sent my husband to the
pharmacy after we got home from the hospital and when he got home we saw
that they weren't covered by our drug plans. At $1 a pill it wasn't worth
it. I used them up, then went to the Flintstones Completes 2x a day, or
for that matter, any generic completes which are often cheaper than the
Flintstones. I have used the Target, CVS and now the Centrum Rugrats
Completes which I caught on sale.

hey you can get prenatals for about 8 bucks at walmart. they're walmart
brand but have EXACTLY the same stuff in the as the ones you're paying for,
and the bonus they're probably cheaper than your co-pay.

I found that they have everything I need in them which reduces the amount
of pills I have to take everyday by 3 or 4. Plus my hair and nails seem to
be growing stronger and thicker. I buy them from Vitamin World on the
first Monday of the month and they are 30% off. I order them online and
have them sent to my door. They are really cheap and have 100% of
everything. They are even great for men to take. Prenatal just means they
have more good stuff in them. Stuff that your body needs, and since the
RNY and malabsorbtion the more stuff packed in..the better for your body.
That is what my nutritionist said at least..
