Hi, in addition to the sites mentioned, you might want to pick up a small
soft covered book in the nutrition section of Barnes and Noble, etc.,
called The Protein Counter. It is inexpensive and very handy to have
around. I keep it in my kitchen with my cookbooks.

This is the best. You can sort foods by protein content, fat content, carb
content...

Try - http://www.ntwrks.com/~mikev/chart1a.htm - I find this one very
helpful, it lists almost any food you can think of and all the pertinent
information. And good luck with keeping up with your proteins. . . my
hardest job.
