Question:
Where can I find a low sugar yogurt??

I have been searching for a yogurt that's LOW in sugar and have not been able to find one. Do you know of any brands that make a low sugar yogurt? Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks so much!! Hugs!!    — Terri G. (posted on July 11, 2003)

Blue Bunny is sweetened with Splenda. It has 80 calories and I think 6 grams of protein. Key Lime is very good. Good Luck.

Blue Bunny makes YUMMY yogurt that's low sugar/low calorie! It's the best I've ever tried. The only place I can find it is WalMart SuperCenter but I imagine other grocery stores have it. Also, Dairy Queen has WONDERFUL no sugar added orange/vanilla creamsicle popsicles and fudgesicles that have only 60 calories. Hope you find one you like!!

This may be regional thing for me but I am really hooked on Roberts Dairy Fat Free Yogurt. Only 90 calories per 8 ounces. It keeps me feeling full and satisfied.

I have to agree, Blue Bunny is the best. They have one called Black Forrest. Chocolate with a hint of Cherry. They also make a line of sugar free ice creams and novelities. I especially like the Rocky Road Ice Cream. I should know it is good. My daughter works in an Ice Cream shoppe in town, they use the Blue Bunny products for their sugar free customers. They are available at Wal-mart in my area. I have had no dumping from any of their products.

I've been using the Dannon Lite & Fit, vanilla flavored. It's good and meets the dietary requirements. I buy it in the large (32 oz) container.
