Can I take the gas X soft gel?

yes take gasx and if that does not work for you(it didn't work for me)try mylanta gas works great for me

I am 5 years out of an open RNY. I take three Phazyme softgels everyday with my meals and it works wonders for me. No flatulence or gas problems of any kind. EAK
