Question:
Does anyone know where I can get sugar free yogurt?
I'm almost two weeks post-op and my doctor told me I can have sugar free yogurt. The problem is that I can't find it---anywhere. I've found frozen, sugar free yogurt. But I haven't found regular, sugar free yogurt. — Amanda S. (posted on May 22, 2003)

Walmart carries a brand called Blue Bunny that is great. It's sweetened
with Splenda instead if sugar or saccarin. Excellent taste and texture and
8 grams of protein and 85 calories.

Not sugar free... dairy has naturally occurring sugar... you can get no
sugar added, sweetended with slenda or aspartame etc. Wal-Mart even has a
store brand, as do most stores...

I agree with the previous post. I just bought this no sugar added yogurt
and it is great. There are several flavors to choose from.

There is no such thing as sugar free yogury. As the other poster said, all
dairy has natural sugar (lactose). There are lots of good artificially
sweetened ones though.

I totally vote for the Blue Bunny stuff I get it at Walmart and love it.
Walmart also does a good light one that I can have a few of as well. Love
the Lemon Chiffon and the Key Lime. I'm not quite two weeks out of a LAP
RNY and have found yogurt to be quite nice and a good source of protein!
