Question:
I would like to find a recipe nutritional value counter
Not sure if there is such a thing but I would love to find a website that I could enter in all the ingredients to a recipe and it could give me all the nutritional values for that particular recipe. If anyone knows of something like this please let me know. I like to experiment with recipes but don't like knowing how good or bad they may be nutritionally. Thanks for your help! :) — Laurel C. I don't know about a website, but there is a lot of cooking software out
that analyzes the nutritional value of your own recipes as well as the
recipes in the program. Sierra and DVO make a few. I just bought one
myself. Good luck

go to nutricounter.com
they have a program to download to your pda
or you can buy their hand held thing.
It works good. I use it to show my doc what I've been eating;
and it is easy to keep track of whether you are eating enough of the
different food groups (i.e. protein)

Hi there. There is a web site I use that has thousands of recipes. You
can even start your own account and post your own recipes..once they post
the nutritional value is figured along side of the recipe.
www.recipezaar.com. They also have a search engine that allows you to pull
up high protein, low fat, low carb recipes. You can also adjust the recipe
to how many servings you wish to make. Hope this helps!
