Question:
I believe I can each too much food to be 7 weeks out . . .
For instance, today for lunch I had the Chicken Bowl from Taco Bell with no beans and no rice. Basically, it was a cup or lettuce maybe 1/2 c. of chicken and a sprinkle of tomatoe and cheese. My typical daily diet is a protein shake for breakfast, a little bit of salad and chicken for lunch, some pork rinds for a snack and then a protein shake for dinner. What are you eating? — PJ M. I don't think you're eating *enough*. If the salad was mostly lettuce, you
can eat more of that than other foods.
I also think you should try to get in more real foods and less shakes and
snacks. Try 5 small meals a day and concentrate on getting more solid
protein. I do one shake a day and occasionally have a bar for one of my
later meals but after breakfast I try to get all my protein from meat and
fish. Shakes don't keep me satisfied enough to have for more than one
meal.

I agree with Susan - 5 to 6 small meals a day with no more than 1-2 shakes
as replacement for those meals. The shakes really don't do diddly in
filling you up. The bars, yes, the shakes no...JR

When I was about 2 months out a typical day for me was: Breakfast - 2 or 3
ounces of moz cheese (sometimes 4 if I were particularly hungry).
Midmorning snack - a ready made cup of jello (I think they are about 1/4
cup in size?) with cool whip. Lunch - chicken soup (basically dark meat
chicken shredded into broth with mushy veggies and seasoning). Dinner 1 -
1/4 to 1/2 cup of cottage cheese. Dinner 2 - a small
lettuce salad with dressing, piece of whatever meat appealed to me, and a
spear of over-cooked broccoli with butter.
