Question:
Seeking info on insurance coverage for thigh reduction and large vein.
I had surgery 8-19-02. I have lost 162 pds since then. I have a large incisional hernia and I'm having surgery in May along with a TT. I have been exercising 5 days a week, doing cardio and weight training. My inner thighs are deflated looking (loose skin). I also have enlarged veins all over my legs from when I was heavy. Has anybody ever got these two things covered by their insurance and if so how didi they do it? Thanks for all you answers! Beth — Elizabeth C. (posted on March 26, 2003)

I don't have a answer to your question. However, I have the same problem.
My thighs are tight in the back. They are toned you can see my muscles and
my butt is tight. However, My thighs look like a sagging bag of flesh in
the front. I am interested in having the skin removed. It has been causing
muscle cramps and I'm scared it will cause my lowe legs to have varicos
veins. What are you going to do?
