Question:
does anyone know about the coral calcium compared to calcium citrate?

This question appears on the board every two or three days. You can find
tons of info by going to the library section and typing coral calcuim in.
I don't remember for sure but I don't think it is good for us.

Coral calcium is calcium carbonate, the wrong kind for us. We need calcium
CITRATE.

Coral calcium is overpriced calcium carbonate. You should be using calcium
citrate, which is better absorbed because it doesn't require as much
stomach acid as calcium carbonate does. But if you're going to use calcium
carbonate, don't waste your money on coral calcium -- same thing, higher
price.
