I had both done, but not at the same time. My doctor said its because the
blood supply comes from above to heal the TT, a larger area. I am SO glad
I didn't have both together as I had unusual complications and it would of
been horrible!

I had my breastlift with implants and Panniculectomy done at the same time.
My insurance paid for the tummy, but I had to pay the extra for the
breasts. The most painful part for me was the breasts. None of it was
unbearable. It was worth every penny and pain I had. My surgery was last
September and all is great. I had the "tube sock" syndrome for my
breast and my chest looked very boney. Now I just look normal in and out of
my clothes. I didn't get big implants. I had asked for a C size cup, but
the plastic surgeon said I was too tiny. Can you imagine being called tiny
after previously weighing in at 300 pounds? I just turned 48 last month and
feel like a teenager again. Good luck to you.
