Question:
Sugar-free yogurt?
I love yogurt but because I dump, I can't eat yogurt...because I can't find one under 9 grams of sugar. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really miss it. — Jessica D (posted on January 27, 2003)

I found sugar free yogurt at Walmart. It tastes pretty good.

There is a brand at Wal-Mart called Blue Bunny. They make yogurt sweetened
with Splenda. It's very good!

Have you tried to eat yogurt? The sugar in it is lactose and that may not
make you dump like glucose (table sugar) would. I eat a small container of
either Dannon Light n Fit or Yoplait Light every day. It helps me to get
pills down. It's worth a try. You could eat a few bites and see what it
does and work your way up to a whole container.

I also eat Dannon Light 'n' Fit. It is sweetened with splenda and fructose.
You can't ever find a sugar free one because of the milk sugars in it. But
if you don't have a problem with milk and/or fruit you should be okay. I
haven't tried the Blue Bunny yogurt but I really like their NSA ice creams
and frozen yogurt.
