what are non impact carbs?

They are carbs which don't raise your blood sugar. They are still carbs

Hmmm. Now I'm curious. My protein bar of choice mentions non-impact carbs
and lists the "actual" carbs as 2. So, do we or don't we count
the non-impact carbs? If we do, then I've been eating WAY more carbs than
I thought. That's scary.

Ok, If they are still carbs, will our bodies break them down into useable
nutrition? Should we count them as carbs?
