Question:
Need appeal letter examples

Hi guys- I'm still hunting down examples of appeal letters and I'm having trouble finding examples using the "library" search function. I wish it would let me search using more than one word- but I really love the face that it is on the site, it is SOOO helpful! Anyway, I got denied by Cigna PPO on Friday. Switching surgeons really confused everyone (including me). I'm going to try to get this appeal together quickly. Wish me luck and please let me know if you have/know of examples that *worked*. Anne, There is a web site (www.insure.com) that has a format for composing appeal letters. This site helped me a lot.

I'm big on copying and pasting things into my own folders - and although I never had to make use of it... Shanna Morton Audubon, MN, has some useful info on appeals on her profile page. Hope this helps! May God bless you in your journey!
