Question:
I ate 2 small pieces of plain pizza 2 &1/2 mos post-op RNY. Is this normal?
I ate 2 small pieces of pizza tonight with out the crust. All it had on it was sauce & sprinkled pramesan cheese for dinner. Then this morning I ate a whole omlette with cheese on it & 1 piece of toast. With egg beaters of course. Still isn't that a little much 2 & 1/2 months post-op RNY? I felt full but not sick like I ate too much or something. The other day I was able to eat 1/2 of a turkey sub from SubWay. I did take most of the bread off though. I wasn't able to do that until recently! What is wrong with me? Is that normal? Did I strech my pouch out all ready? — Allison T. (posted on June 23, 2002)

I dont think you are eating too much..Just as long as you are chewing well
and not making your self sick!.Watch how much food intake your eating and
adjust if you find out your taking in too much and too many calories..I am
6 weeks out and can eat just about anything but in small portions. What may
be seem like a HUGE protion to us ( post-Ops) may only be a small portion
to others( post-ops) because if you think about it..what did your portions
sizes look like BEFORE you had the surgery .;-)
