Well...if we are gonna plug products, I HAVE TO mention (vita for life dot net) website: vita4life.net This one has a honey flavor liquid proteing that I add to my 20 oz water bottle and top it off with an ounce or two of flat diet orange soda. It = 30 gm. protein & I just sip it through out the day. Often two bottles, for 60 gm. And I had spent lots of money and gagged on just about every protein "powder" out there.This one is the best.
