Question:
Has anyone had fat-free, sugar-free frozen yogurt?
How long after surgery can you have it if at all? — Mary V. (posted on May 14, 2002)

I have tried fat free, sugar free frozen yogurt and like it. It had not
cause me any problems--I just can't eat much at one time. I had my first
one about 5 months out. I'm not real adventurous.

I bought some tonight and I'm 4 weeks post-op. I haven't tried it yet, but
I'll let you know when I do :-) Good luck.

My wife (1 yr post-op) and I (10 wks out) get fat-free sugar-free yogurt
from TCBY at least once a week. I tried it about 3 or 4 weeks out, it
should count as a full liquid. I have never had any problems with it, but
get the really small serving. (probably about 3-4 oz). The TCBY's here in
Michigan seem to all carry at least one FF-SF flavor every day. My favorite
is Butter Pecan.

Hi. I am three weeks post-op and just tried sf/ff frozen yogurt last week
without any problems. My husband ordered the children's size and I ate
about 1/4 cup total and was stuffed! No dumping or stomach issues!
