Question:
I haven't really been a calorie counter, but...
I've started to give it some thought and realized that I am taking in about 650-800 protein dense calories/day. I am just short of three months. I exercise a lot - pretty fast paced walking about five miles/day, five days a week. Does this calroic intake sound good to you? Open RNY 02/14/02 - 60ish pounds. — PaulaM (posted on May 7, 2002)

You want to keep your calorie intake at a minimum of 800 calories a day.
However, if your walking that much, you might want to consider a 1000
calories a day so your body doesn't drop into starvation mode. Your doing
great though!!
