Hi, There is a lot of good information out there but it all varies and each
Dr. has their own thing. Water is really important you need to try to get
64 oz per day! It does take work but you really need it. As for food, I do
2 meals of 2 oz, 1 meal of 3 oz (dinner) and will have 1 or 2
"snacks" of protein each day. I am 4 1/2 months. At 8 weeks I was
eating a little less then this but working hard on the water. This works
for me but your Dr. will have his own schedule. I hope this helps! Smiles,
Andrea

Hiya! I can appreciate your confusion! The best thing I ever read on here
was a post about your eatting habbits around "your time of the
month" I can tell you when I'm going to start and can deffinately
tell when I stop. For that week or two (I sometimes go a little before and
after) I feel like I'm going to eat myself out of house and home 2 - 3
ounces at a time.... and then when it's all over I can barely choke down
that 2 - 3 ounces every 6 hours. Everyone's different, but that's
something to keep in mind :) Good luck on your journey!

I spoke with my doctor about how much water he'd like me to get in during a
day and he said 32 oz.. I don't know why this is almost cut in half from
what the normal daily in-take for another person is but that's what his
staff told me. I'll try and at least meet those requirements but more than
likely, will try and go over. I have found that it's a lot easier for me
to get my H20 in if I mix it with a little crystal lite lemonade. I
"sip/sip/sip" all day long. Good luck to you !
