I could not have survived without ice blue kool aid w/splenda, sugar free ice tea and sf ff fudgesicles. you can also have sf ff pudding , at least my doc said it was ok for the liquid only stage, but I got tired of sweet stuff quickly, i lived alot off of chicken noodle soup, just strained out the noodles, it made me feel like i was eating somthing good!

I used the following items for my liquids: sf Jello, sf and caffene free tea/coffe/ fruit 2-o, crystal lite, low fat ckn broth (later on added egg for egg drop) sf pop cycles, dont worry at first you wont crave much but water. They tell me the sf protein drinks are good also but i have not tried them. Best Wishes

WATER....of course, gatorade (diluted), apple juice, grape juice, cranberry juice, Make sure they are NO SUGAR ADDED.....Crystal Lite, Broth, sf Popcicles, Just about anything that is clear liquid and sf. On my program, I added my protein at wk. 2. I am using Pro Complex from GNC.I only have to drink it 2 times daily. It has 55 grams of protein. I mix it in the morning with 12 oz. lactose, ff milk, 1 pk. sugar free Carn. Breakfast and 2 pks. of Splenda. I drink half in the morning and half in the afternoon. I am getting a total of 63 grams this way. My docs say AT LEAST 64 oz. of fluid a day, preferably water. I have to have some juices and gatorade because my blood sugar runs on the low side. Good luck to you!!! OH.....always dilute your juices!!
