I ate anything that my family was eating just pureed in a tiny food
processor that I have. It was great. My surgery was on Halloween and I
was dreading Thankgiving and Christmas, my favorite food holidays. I just
toted along my mini processor, processed up some turkey w/gravy, and had
some mashed potatoe's. Then I pureed some green bean casserole. That was
for Thanksgiving. By Christmas, I was eating regular foods and I enjoyed
ham, potatoes. etc. Just in smaller portions. Good luck.

I use the healthy choice meals of meat and potatoes and puree them up. Also
a good source of protein is Simply Jif peanut butter. Your taste will
adjust to anything. Give yourself a variety, or not. You can get your
protein with your fluids and eat potatoes, vegetables and fruit.
good luck.
