Federal Employees whose insurance paid for skin removal...what insurance did you

AetnaUSHC HMOpaid for my breast reduction and tummy tuck in July and Oct 2001. AmCare HMO paid for my arm reduction in May 2002 and tummy tuck revision in Sep 2002. I am currently researching getting my inner and outer thighs done and now have Coventry HMO. I have found that once you prove medical necessity in the form of a functional impairment, they have to pay.
