Need help with Appeal letter for my panni and breast reduction,

I have been denied for a panni and breast reduction by my insurance..they claim it is considered cosmetic surgery..My plastic surgeon sent pictures and an explanation. I have decided to appeal but need help with writing the letter to my insurance company has denied me...Does anyone have any suggestions or maybe a copy of what they wrote to get approved for this surgery..any help would be greatly appreciated..I had surgery in April and have lost 84 pds.....Thanks for any help you can give me...Teresa    — Teresa B. You are not likely to be approved for this so soon after surgery unless you are having significant problems with skin breakdown or infections as a result of the hanging skin. I work for an insurance company, contact me if you like, [email protected].
