Question:
Does low carb=low sugar?

Hello everyone! I know that a lot of NO FAT/LOW FAT stuff is full of sugar to make it taste better but does LOW CARB stuff have low sugar? I was wondering that when I see resturant menus with low carb foods. But I worry about hidden sugar in them because I dont want to dump. Any info would be great!
