Anyone have gestational diabetes during pregnancy after obesity surgury?

My glucose tolerance test came back with a level of 209. I have to go in for futher evaluation but am wondering if anyone has had gestational diabetes after obesity surgury? I had my surgury 1 year ago and lost 100lbs. I am only about 50lbs from my ideal weight and have not gained any weight during this pregnancy and I am now 28 weeks pregnant. Could anyone enlighten me?
