Can taking too many vitamins cause breakdown in staple line?

This may sound like a really dumb question but, recently I have switched from taking centrum to another vitamin that I bought at Cosco. It is a high energy pak and multi-vitamin that includes everything that centrum has and more. They come in individual packets and have around 6 or 7 pills in each packet. I can't swallow everything at once but, if I take it slowly I have no problem. I was just wondering if taking so many pills at once can cause breakdown in staple line. My nutritionist knows that I switched vitamins and told me that if it doesn't bother my stomach than I could go ahead. I just don't want to do anything that might cause problems afterwards. Any input would be appreciated.
