How can I jump-start my losing again?

I am 2 years post-op. I stopped losing weight at about 6 months post and nothing I do seems to help. I do alot of exercising such as: ride an exercise bike(hard) for 90 min.5x a week, work on a Health Rider for 20 min. 5x a week, and go to Curves 5x a week. I should be burning alot more calories then I take in every day but can't seem to lose anymore weight. I watch what I eat carefully, I'm still only taking in 600-800 calories every day. My doc does'nt have any idea what could be the problem. He sent me for an upper GI but said that everything looked normal and maybe I should exercise more. I don't think I should exercise more than 2 1/2 hours a day!! Does anyone have any suggestion that may help? I'm open for any help at all!! Please send your replys to [email protected] Thanks, Vicki Mize
