Has anyone had Dr. Stephen Scott in Wentzville, Missouri?

I'm trying to get in touch with his cordinator (Janet Quinn). But the # I have 1-(636)-332-6606 all I ever get is a recording to leave a message. I lefted messages for 3 days and no one has ever called back. Is there an alternate way to get in touch with his office. Main reason I want him for a doc is he does it laparscopic. Any response would be appreciated. Thanks
