Has anyone here had their surgery with Dr. Chobin of Col.Ohio?

And if you have can you give me a figure on what I should expect the surgery and everything to cost? What did you think about her? I have heard that she preforms the surgery for both BT and Ohio State University - has anyone had her as a surgeon through Ohio State University?
