Pelp!! How can I retrieve old Q & A posts prior to

I would like to assemble all of my post from when I first became a member of this wonderful website. I'm in the process of getting the manuscript together and would like to include my posts as well as some of the answers in my book under "FAQ"'s (Frequently Asked Questions). I'd like to get ALL of the posts I had (where I was the original poster), under my name "Hadiyah McCutcheon" prior to when I had my WLS from 10/1/99 thru 9/3/2002. I have quite a few, but don't know how to get them. Is there an easy way this can be done or should I contact the ObesityHelp.com Technical Staff for guidance and/or instruction?
