Did anyone have poor circulation problems with their nipples after breast reduction?

I had a breast reduction and tummy tuck last week. I did just fine except my nipples turned very dark around the edge of incision and some spots on the nipples. Those areas are drying up. I still have feeling in my nipples but I am afraid of what will happen when the skin dries up and comes off. I see the doctor on Monday. I know that this is something that no one will see but I am just concerned. I couldn't find much on the Internet about it. I just wondered if anyone else had that happen to them. I am doing great otherwise. Thanks.
