Could anyone print a list of Vitamins including the type ie liquid, capsule or pill?

I have surgery in 5 days and I have been running all over town. What kind of lip balm? I've heard different kinds of vitamins and I am so confused. My pre-op is in 2 days but with Christmas 2 weeks away, I have to make my time count( like everyone). I can't order on line.Please Help!!!!
