Post Ops: I'm 2 yrs, 2 months and 15 days post op Proximal Lap

RNY...I had my WLS 9/3/02. In January of this year I weighed 132 lbs...Now, I'm at 162 lbs. I'm honest. I've slacked down on my exercizing and I have recently discovered that I am SERIOUSLY addicted to Jelly Belly Gourmet Jelly Beans. Mind you, I eat the sugar-free kind, but, I don't dump. Any suggestions as to what steps I need to take to get back on track? I can't seem to find my notebook with my "beginner's plan" (the one where I started liquids, then soft, then regular foods). Anyone mind sharing yours? or send me a private email? I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
