need advice on how to finance lower body lift

I'm planning a LBL for janurary, my doc doesn't accept insurance but will help get approval for reimbursement. I have BCBS of ny. Has anyone had success with them? Is it possible to get the money from them prior to the surgery? Or any ideas on how to finance it?(had some credit problems in past)I'm fresh out of ideas, any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks
