I've had these problems in the past...inconsistent and poor...
eating habits which contributed immensely toward my becoming morbidly obese. Now, that I'm "relatively thin", more thin now than I've EVER been, I can't seem to remember to eat FOOD!! Isn't that the strangest thing? Does anyone else have this challenge? Okay, drinking the water, waiting until 10-15 minutes to pass before indulging after the subliminal suggestions of "the beast"~that FOOD DEMON, it's supposed to go away, you say? Well, the opposite is true in my case. I WANT to EAT, and either I'm so busy at work, and too tired once I get home, that eating is the farthest thing from my mind. If I try and force myself to eat, I get nauseated. I KNOW I have to eat to live and stay healthy, but I guess I'll have to walk around with an alarm clock around my neck...one that rings REAL LOUD like Big Ben. Having completed my treatments for the recently diagnosed 'illness', I had to go back to the itty-bitty baby meals. I wanna EAT!! Anyone else experiencing this strange phenomenom(sp)? Your guidance is cerrtainly appreciated. Proximal LAP RNY, 9/3/02 265/142/115-126, 5'2" Hadiyah McCutcheon, a.k.a.~~
