Does Tylenol or Acetaminophen come in a s/f liquid?

I am 5 days to wls. I do get migraines, usually monthly(PMS related) sometimes more often. At the first sign of one which is 95% of the time a visual disturbance, I take 3 500 mg acetominophen(store brand tylenol) and it works wonders, no pain, lasts about 3 hours. Then I take 1 more tablet every 2 hours for the rest of the day. I need to know now if tylenol is available in an adult strength sugar-free liquid for my liquids only post op phase. I know that kids strength is available but I suspect I would have to down a whole bottle to get rid of the migraine, then a half bottle every couple of hours. At $8 a bottle, I would rather have a prescription of a stronger liquid. Also, I don't want or need codine for this.
