I feel sharp pain in my lower left abdomen with minimal movement. Should I worry?

I don't have any stomach or gas problems, just sharp pain like I'm injuring myself with a twist or turn. I'm 25 days post op and no eating problems whatsoever. I do a fair amount of walking but I'm afraid I'm injuring myself. Pain is my lower left side only, not my stomach. No fever or redness or malaise. Only pain.
