6 Months Post Op- What is this pain I get after swallowing food?

I am almost 6 months post-op, down 92 lbs, For the last couple days, whenever I swallow a bite of food - no matter what it is - I get a slight pain in my stomach just under my rib cage. It only lasts for a couple of seconds. What could this be? Is something wrong with my pouch?
