How can I be sure of the proper amount of capsules to spread out during
the day? I recently purchased a calcium citate supplement called Cal-Mag Citrate with Vitamin D by Solaray. I need some help here. On the label it says "serving size 6 capsules, servings per container-15. Directions: As a dietary supplement, take three to six capsules daily with meals or a glass of water...Now, content is Calcium Citrate 1,000mg, Magnesium 500mg, Vitamin D 200 IU. I want to be sure that I don't "overdose" and cause myself some problems since my health is progressively improving. I just want to be sure of exactly how many capsule I should take over a days time to get the right amount in. I need to spread the frequency out over my entire workday. Can you help me? I came up with this equation=4 capsules would yield 250mg (not enough) so 8 would give me 500mg, but that would mean that at one time I would have to take 8 capsule to get at least 500mg of calcium??? I want to spread the entire amount out and that would mean 16 capsules within 8-12 hrs. I know I'm rambling, but I REALLY could use your help...WWHEW. Thanks in advance!Hadiyah; a.k.a.=
