What's wrong? I took my vitamins this morning on an empty stomach, and

I've been in AGONIZING PAIN the ENTIRE DAY!! Okay, for the record, I'm post op LAP RNY and almost 6 months now and down 90 lbs. Many questions within this question~~Is it supposed to hurt like this? It's sorta like when you have gastritis (when you eat something that's old or spoiled and it doesn't agree with you...Not like indigestion~just PAIN!! I felt like I was gonna fall out! Not like dumping either, but I did sweat a little. A real sharp, stabbing pain in the epigastric area!!!WWHHEWW, it hurts. I paged my surgeon around 10am because it was unbearable. (Started crying and doubling over). One of the nurses I worked with gave me some Maalox, then told me to walk around for a while..I did, the pain subsided a little, but it is NOT gone!!. Dr. Williams returned my page and said I may just have to be *scoped* again. What do you think this could be? A SLD (staple line disruption)? What will the scope show or prove? Those that have had SLD, how do you know? Okay, I'll admit, I'm scared. I don't know anything about those, I just know I'm really hurting, you guys..What do I do now???HELP!!!
