Question regarding swelling post-op, and clothing size reduction

I have some general questions for any post-ops who have had abdomnioplasty and liposuction; generally, how long did your swelling last? generally, how many sizes did you lose after having had surgery? generally, how long was it before being able to see the true results? Unfortunately, my surgeon is a genious, an artist as a surgeon, but he has no bed-side manner and did not answer any questions about what to expect after the actual surgery. I would like to know as much post-op about swelling and such, as possible.
