Plastic surgery for bat wings or Panni first?

My plan was to have the panni done first, but my daughter suggested that I will have trouble getting into smaller sizes because of my arms. I don't plan on a sleaveless life, but I don't want to wear larger clothes just to accomodate my arms. My thighs are just as bad, but I don't wear pants.
