How long till swelling is gone?

I am 8 days post op abdomplasty, with a full anchor. The doctor removed 7 lbs of skin. I am still very swollen and my drain is still draining. Other than that I am doing great. Anyone have any idea how long it takes for swelling to go down? Thanks
